Adventure Physio Jandakot

I know what it's like to be told your running days are over

I've been told it myself. And I've worked with enough people to know that story is rarely the whole truth.

If you're active, motivated, and willing to do the work, I want to help you find out what's actually possible.

When being inactive isn’t an option

Running, hiking, climbing, working out, moving is your therapy but you’re struggling to do that right now.

Maybe an injury hasn’t settled.
Maybe surgery helped, but you don’t feel “right” yet.
Maybe pain has crept in and started shaping your choices.

I work with active people in Jandakot who want a clearer, more confident path forward.

Not just short-term relief, but a way to keep doing life well.

If you have an adventurous spirit but your body feels a little broken

When we’re working on your injury or problem, we start from the end. What is it you're trying to get back to? Lifting, running, a job that demands a lot from you?

We work backwards from there, looking at the movement patterns related to that goal and finding where the problems lie.

If there's anything in the way, whether that's pain, stiffness, or compensation patterns, we address it. That might mean some hands-on treatment like massage, dry needling, or joint mobilisation, but it could also mean retraining those movement patterns directly.

We do that so you feel really good doing the rehab you need to get back to where you want to be.

Over time we adjust based on what's working and what you're telling me from the week before. We collaborate to make sure everything fits around your life and what's possible for you to achieve.

Not many physios are this outcome driven and motivated to really understand the issue and what might be feeding into it... 12/10 recommend seeing her if you are motivated to get back into action and need an experts opinion.

I visited Adventure Physio for a persistent arm pain that no GP or hospital could resolve for over 4 months, leaving me unable to work. Their expertise and knowledge are unmatched. I highly recommend them to anyone in need! Thanks Adventure Physio
